🔸Bar Soap : Wash affected areas with soap bar let sit for 1 min first day, 2 minutes second day and work your way up to 10 mins or as tolerated no longer than 10 mins. Rinse with cool water and pat dry with clean cloth or towel. 

🔸Apply Oil to affected areas only, after face cleansing in morning and evening DO NOT WASH OFF‼️ 

🔸Scrub: Use scrub on body only. Thighs, elbows, bikini line. We suggest using an exfoliating glove or cloth to enhance results.
